Women's Empowerment Group

Looking for a nurturing, supportive women's group to join? Want to build your current support system amongst others who have similar experiences and can provide strength and encouragement? You are in the right space! This group will start October 2021 for 8-10 women who will fit group criteria, ready to connect with their peers, identify and develop your strengths, learn new methods of mental wellness, personal growth and development, through a positive psychology approach. This is your time, your space, your opportunity to shift your focus to someone important, YOU! Take time for you, because you deserve it!
